Ottawa's 11 Royal Swans have been released for the summer.
The majestic birds can now be spotted swimming on the Rideau River, a location they will call home until October.
Members of city staff are currently working to find a new winter home for the swans, which were given to Ottawa in 1967 as a gift from the Queen.
