An Ottawa psychiatrist who was charged with sexually assaulting two of his male patients multiple times over the past 20 years was found guilty on two of the charges.
Although Dr. Juan Tejeda, 65, was found guilty of sexual assaulting one of his patients, he was acquitted of six similar charges involving another man.
The judge in the case said he believed the first complainant.
Tejeda is scheduled to be sentenced on Oct. 13.
