Ottawa police searching for vehicle and persons of interest in relation to February murder
The Major Crime Unit of the Ottawa Police is asking for assistance in connection to a murder in Ottawa's south end.
On February 6th, 27-year-old Yusuf Ibrahim was killed at 181 Forestglade Crescent. On Wednesday, police released new details about a vehicle and three persons of interest related to the case.
On the morning of the murder, a black Dodge Charger was caught on a traffic camera at the intersection of Hunt Club Road and Hawthorne Avenue. Police say there were three occupants in the vehicle and that it was travelling at a high rate of speed eastbound on Hunt Club, towards Highway 417.
Investigators are also asking for help in identifying three persons of interest. The individuals were captured on camera taking early morning taxis to and from the residence where the murder took place.
