OTTAWA -The Ottawa Police Service says 32-year old Steven Raymond has been found safe and sound.
Yesterday police had requested the public's help in locating Steven Raymond who had last been seen on Thursday, November 14, 2013. Early this evening police confirmed he had been located. No other details were available.
