Ottawa Police say the victim in a south Ottawa shooting is not cooperating with police.
Officers were called to reports of a shooting in the 100 block of Horsdal Private around 7pm Thursday evening where they found a male in his 20s suffering from 2 gunshot wounds to his lower extremities.
The man was taken to the Civic Campus of the Ottawa hospital with non-life threatening injuries. He remains in stable condition.
The victim refused to give a statement to investigators and is not cooperating with police.
The Guns and Gangs Section is currently investigating.
