A 45-year-old Ottawa man has been charged with five counts of theft after a police investigation into the theft of a CHEO donation box.
Police say Leigh Todd Graveline was charged Tuesday in relation to the theft which took place Saturday, Nov. 5 at a grocery store on Grant Carman Drive.
Graveline is also believed to be responsible for four other unrelated thefts. He will appear in court Wednesday.
Police say the suspect was identified thanks to tips from the public.
