A 35-year-old Ottawa man is facing charges for allegedly watching television while driving on Highway 401.
Provincial police say the man was spotted watching a TV that was placed on the front seat of his vehicle as he drove eastbound just west of Kingston at about 1 a.m. on Monday.
Mahan Razaghzadeh was ticketed. Police say he is charged under the Highway Traffic Act for having a television in the front seat of his vehicle.
