The Ottawa Police have laid charges following a lengthy investigation into voyeurism in Barrhaven.
The Ottawa Police Service Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Section have charged an Ottawa man with two counts of Voyeurism, four counts of Trespassing at Night, one count of Criminal Harassment and Possession of a Schedule II Substance which includes cannabis, its preparation or derivatives.
Charged is 29-year-old Stefan Campagna of Ottawa.
The investigation began in June of 2013 following a number of complaints of a male acting in a suspicious manner near people's homes in the Chapman Mills Drive area. Campagna was arrested Dec. 21st.
This is not the first time Campagna has faced charges of voyeurism and trespassing at night. In 2010 he faced similar charges in relation to complaints of suspicious behaviour in the Centretown and Sandy Hill areas of Ottawa.
