A 34-year old Ottawa man faces charges of sexual exploitation and sexual interference.
The incidents involve two victims, aged five and nine, in cases dating from September 1998 to October 2014.
Patrick Gilles Lavergne, of Ottawa is charged with two counts of Sexual Interference with a person under 16 years of age, two counts of Sexual Exploitation of a young person, and one count of Print/Publish/Possess to Publish Child Pornography and one count of Unlawfully Possess Child Pornography.
Investigators believe that there could be further victims.
He is scheduled to appear for a bail hearing on Wednesday, October 22.
