An Ottawa man faces a sexual assault charge following an incident in the Billings Bridge area on May 12, 2014.
Ottawa Police say 47- year- old Michael Blacquiere is expected to make a court appearance on Friday, June 13 2014. Police were investigating a stranger sexual assault in the early morning hours of May 12, 2014.
