A 38-year old Ottawa man has been charged with sexual assault after an incident at a massage business.
Elias Elhitti, 38, was arrested on Monday and released on conditions.
A sexual assault allegedly occurred during a massage session at a place of business in mid-November. The victim answered an online solicitation for free massage services.
