Emergency crews were called to Ottawa's Transitway just after 7 o'clock Wednesday morning when an OC Transpo bus rolled into a ditch.
Paramedics say it happened on the Transitway between Lincoln Fields and Highway 417.
The bus driver was the only one inside and managed to climb out through the emergency exit on the roof. Paramedics say the driver did not have to go to the hospital.
Another OC Transpo bus slid into a ditch on Richmond Road at West Hunt Club.
Police reported several minor collisions due to slippery road conditions.
Drivers are being reminded to drive carefully and budget extra time for the commute home Wednesday night.
