(Ottawa)—The Ottawa Police Service Robbery Unit is releasing video footage of a robbery that occurred on August 13, 2013. The suspect remains unidentified and the Robbery Unit continues to seek the public’s assistance to identify this robbery suspect.
The suspect is described as being of Caucasian or middle-eastern descent male, 50-55 years of age, 5'5" (165 cm), medium build, grey hair, salt & pepper beard. He spoke both English and Arabic during the robbery.
He was wearing a baseball cap, a navy blue short-sleeved shirt with large horizontal stripes, and black pants (see attached images). The suspect possibly smelled of kitchen grease. The suspect was armed with a knife.
