It's free and it will help you deal with stress.

The Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre has developed an App to help young people manage their emotions. HealthyMinds features a daily mood tracker and a journaling feature. It also has coping and stress buster strategies based on the latest expert research.

Funding to develop the App came from the D.I.F.D. - Do It For Daron campaign - established after the 14-year-old daughter of former Sens coach Luke Richardson took her own life.

It will launch on Thursday and can be downloaded from the Apple App store on iPhones, iPads and iPods.
