Rock legend Neil Young and his band Crazy Horse will be the feature headliner at the Ottawa Folk Festival on September 4, 2013
An extra day has been added to the concert line-up which will run until September 8, 2013. Patti Smith and a 9-piece-band will open the festival that night.
Mark Monahan who helps to stage one of the biggest music festivals (Bluesfest) in North America took over the reigns of the Folk Festival in late 2010. It's estimated up to 30 thousand music fans took in last year's concerts.
Monahan's magical touch translated into record crowds at last year's Folk Festival.
