New figures about drivers in the capital reveal unsafe driving habits among many Ottawa motorists.
The city's traffic enforcement program laid almost 3,000 charges in the month of February alone.
Speeding was the number one traffic violation, with officers issuing 2,690 speeding tickets; 116 tickets were also issued for unsafe lane changes.
