A playground at a Hintonburg elementary school is being shrunk to add more spots to the parking lot.
Six new spots for teachers at Devonshire Community Public School on Breezehill Avenue will be created.
This comes after their cars were being ticketed for being parked illegally near a fence.
Parents said they're upset because of the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board's quick decision to shrink the playground, on which work began Friday.
