UPDATE: The Ottawa Police Service would like to advise that Russell Road is now open.
OTTAWA - The Ottawa Police Service would like to advise that the north bound Russell Road lanes are closed due to down power lines. The closure is at Smyth Road.
This down power line has caused some traffic lights to stop working. Commuters are asked to treat any affected intersections as all way stops.
