A 23-year-old Ottawa man is charged with sexual assault after a woman complained she was inappropriately touched by a lab technician while getting blood work.
Police say the alleged incident happened at a medical facility in the city's east end on April 6.
Patrick Guiste was arrested on Tuesday. He will appear in court today.
