The head of Gatineau's hospital is resigning to find a better balance between his work and family life.
CEO André Rodier has publicly expressed his frustrations about staff shortages and heavy workloads at the hospital.
Rodier will leave his position on Oct. 1. He will be replaced on an interim basis by director general Denis Beaudoin.
