Madeira D.O.C., Portugal
Love it! My favourite Madeira ever, wow. Not that I've tasted many but this has a lovely toffee balance yet it's not cloyingly sweet. Perfect for biscotti and coffee cake. Brought to us by Justino's, Madeira Wines, S.A.
Sweetness: Medium Dry
The alcoholic warmth is on the nose of this robust Australian red wine, but so too is fleshy black fruit, dark spice and toasty oak to carry it. Pair with a rare steak.
Lovely sweet cherry aromas and flavours along with chocolate notes from oak aging. Medium0bodied and smooth. The vineyards are located on the benchlands of the Arroyo Seco appellation in the cool climate region of Monterey, which benefit from morning fog. Silky finish. Pair with roast chicken.
Extremely tannic: decant 2 hours. Toasty oak and black fruit. Full-bodied with mouth-watering acidity. Pair with a rare steak.
Sweetness: Extra Dry
Nelson, South Island, New Zealand
Here's what New Zealand Riesling is all about: depth of flavour, laser focus, yet incredibly elegant. Notes of white stone fruit from start to finish.
