The driver of an electric scooter is dead after being pinned under a vehicle.
Witnesses say the driver was a thrown into oncoming traffic after being doored by a parked car.
The fatal collision happened at the intersection of Cumberland Street and Clarence Street around 4:45 p.m. Monday. When emergency vehicles arrived the driver was pinned under a pick-up truck. The victim was extricated, but did not survive.
