A teenage cyclist is in hospital after being struck by a vehicle on Parkdale Avenue yesterday night.
Paramedics say the 18-year old male was thrown from his bike when he was hit just before 7:30 p.m.
He was complaining of neck and shoulder pain and was transported to the Ottawa Hospital.
The cyclist was reportedly wearing a helmet when the collision occured.
