The body found on school property in rural eastern Ontario Saturday has been identified as 24-year-old Joey Faubert.
Members of the Hawkesbury detachment of the OPP found his bloody body in a grassy area near École élémentaire catholique Saint-Isidore just before 11:30 a.m. Saturday.
The school in the small town of St. Isidore is about 45 minutes southeast of downtown Ottawa.
Sgt. Kristine Rae said the death is considered suspicious and the local crime unit is continuing to investigate.
An autopsy is scheduled for Monday in Ottawa to find out the cause of death.
