Bios
Catherine Lathem
Catherine is proud of her rural roots. Born and raised in Carp, in West Ottawa, she is glad to call the capital home once again.
Catherine received her journalism diploma at Fanshawe College in London. After a short stint in radio in Parry Sound Ontario, Catherine freelanced on Parliament Hill before becoming a videographer and weekend anchor at CKWS-TV in Kingston. She joined the CTV team as a reporter, substitute anchor and producer in April 2002.
Her most memorable TV moment was a live appearance on CNN's International Morning Show. When not at work Catherine loves spending time with her family and friends, especially her two nieces.
