Police are asking residents to be on the lookout for a 60-year-old Ottawa man missing since Saturday.
Richard Carter was last seen in the first block of Marquette Avenue in the city’s Vanier neighbourhood.
Carter is described as a white man with a heavy build. Police say he is 6’2” tall, short grey balding hair, and about 260 lbs.
Carter is said to have been wearing a puffy blue winter coat, jeans, white socks and sandals at the time of his disappearance.
Police have also disclosed he was driving a grey 2006 Chevrolet Equinox with Ontario license plate BTHF 893.
