Jeff Mauler, a host on Ottawa's popular HOT 89.9 radio station, has made it to the top ten in a contest to choose five guest co-hosts for Live With Regis and Kelly.
Mauler, who co-hosts the HOT 89.9's Morning Hot Tub program, was selected from thousands of entries submitted by radio hosts across Canada and the United States. The five winners will replace Regis Philbin when he goes on vacation.
Producers narrowed the entries down to the top ten on Monday. The winners will be announced on Jan. 17.
Mauler is the only Canadian finalist.
Video of the final candidates can be viewed at www.LiveRegisandKelly.com and visitors can vote as often as they want for their favourite personality. Voting closes Sunday at 6 p.m.
