Ottawa police are scouring the city for two men after a west-end Tim Horton's was targeted around 9:30 Monday night.

Police say the masked duo walked into the coffee shop at 2200 Carling Ave. and demanded cash.

Police say one of the suspects had a knife and held it to the clerk's neck.

The two escaped on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.

The first suspect is described as white, wearing a brown jacket and black gloves.

The second is also described as white and believed to be about 5 foot 11.
