An investigation is underway after a man was spotted throwing a football loaded with drugs over the wall of a medium-security prison in Kingston.
Surveillance cameras caught the would-be drug smuggler throwing the football over the wall at Collins Bay Institution. The football was packed with 370 grams of marijuana.
Officials say the man was arrested nearby.
Investigators are now trying to determine who the drugs were intended for.
