BELLEVILLE, Ont. - Three people, including a teenaged boy, are facing a total of 36 charges in connection with a drugs and weapons seizure in Belleville.

Police say officers seized marijuana, a variety of pills, weigh scales and cash after searching a home in the city's east end.

They say weapons including batons, brass knuckles and spring-loaded knives were also seized in the raids, along with stolen property, ammunition and an item described as a "cellphone taser".

Jody Wannamaker and Jamie Morrow, both 34, and a 16-year-old boy are all charged with seven counts of possession of a prohibited device and two counts of possession of marijuana and controlled narcotics for the purpose of trafficking.

They also face one count each of possession of the proceeds of crime, production of marijuana and possession of stolen property.

All three were released from custody, with court dates in Belleville next month.
