QUINTE WEST, Ont. -- A man has died after being struck by a car in Quinte West, near Belleville, Ont.
Police say it happened on Frankford Road just before 8 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 4, 2016.
They say the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The area was closed to traffic for several hours.
Police say they continue to investigate.
