KINGSTON, Ont. - A 30-year-old man who was seriously injured in a crash east of Napanee, Ont., earlier this week has died.
Provincial police say Elijah Tupling of Stayner, 35 kilometres west of Barrie, died of his injuries in a Kingston hospital.
A transport truck rear-ended Tupling's vehicle on Highway 401 on Sunday afternoon.
The 51-year-old driver of the rig has been charged with careless driving.
