The Ottawa Senators Hockey Club will review all safety procedures at Scotiabank Place after a 21-year-old man took a dramatic 20-foot fall in the arena's stands Wednesday night.

Police say the man suffered minor injuries after sailing headfirst from the upper deck of the arena to the 200-level.

Ottawa Senators President Roy Mlakar says the man stumbled over a purse on the way back to his seat. He landed on two other people who were not seriously injured.

Police are calling the incident an accident.
