A man was charged Friday after police spotted him leaving an Ottawa business with a loaded .357 Magnum revolver.
Ottawa police and OPP weapons units were about to raid 456 Fashions and Underground Ink Tattoo at 1724 Bank St. in the city's south end when they saw the man.
Phil Dzidah was charged with four firearms-related offences.
