A man is in hospital fighting for his life after a shooting in Belleville early this morning.
Belleville police were called to a Quinte Health Care facility at about 3:15 a.m. Monday, where a man was found with a gunshot wound.
His injuries are considered life-threatening, and he was transferred to Kingston General Hospital.
One person was arrested a short time later. However, police say their investigation remains in its early stages.
Investigators are still trying to figure out exactly where the shooting occurred.
