A Quebec man is facing arson charges after a fire broke out at a construction business on Albion Road Thursday.
Yvan Foucault, 22, has been charged with arson damage to property, possession of incendiary material and breach of probation.
He will appear in court on Dec. 2.
The fire caused an estimated $200,000 in damage.
