Ottawa Police have charged a man following Wednesday’s stabbing on University Street.
Police say the stabbing occurred in the 1 to 100 block of University Street shortly before 2 a.m. on Wednesday, March 18, 2015. The injured male was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Jean Robert Degazon, 37 years old of Ottawa, is charged with:
- Assault with a weapon
- Possession of dangerous weapons
- Assault causing bodily harm
Degazon appeared in court Wednesday.
