A Kingston man has been charged with sexual assault after a 21-year-old woman reported inappropriate touching inside a homeopathic medical clinic.
The incident allegedly occurred on the morning of Nov. 4. The woman told police a man made "unnecessary" contact with his hands that was not related to her treatment.
The woman was not injured.
Richard Herman Holzschuh-Sator, 45, faces one count of sexual assault.
