An Ottawa man has been charged with exposing himself in a west end library and bookstore over the past four months.
David Daoud Mohammed Noorzad, 44, appeared in court Wednesday morning after being charged with four counts of an indecent act, four counts of mischief, and two counts of breaching probation.
According to police, a man exposed himself in the children's section of the Chapters on Iris Street on Aug. 20 and Dec. 3.
A man with a similar description exposed himself at the Carlingwood Public Library on the night of Dec. 9.
