A 71-year-old Ottawa man is facing multiple charges, including sexual assault, after a robbery took place on Woodroffe Avenue March 16.
William Studholme is charged with one count of sexual assault, one count of robbery and one count of forcible confinement in relation to the March 16 incident.
He was arrested on March 20 after an attempted robbery complaint of a 20-year-old woman in the 200 block of Woodroffe Avenue.
Studholme faces an additional charge of attempted robbery in the second incident.
He is scheduled to appear in court Thursday.
