OTTAWA - A 45-year-old man has pleaded guilty to criminal negligence causing death in a collision that killed a cyclist in Ottawa last year.

Glen Carkner has also pleaded guilty to failing to remain at the scene of a crash and drug possession.

Police say Carkner's car struck Nathan Anderson and two other vehicles in February 2012.

Anderson, who was 31, died from his injuries more than two weeks later.

Carkner is scheduled for sentencing on May 27.
