BELLEVILLE, Ont. - A 25-year-old man is charged with flashing and then robbing a woman using a bank machine in Belleville, Ont.
Police say a man approached a woman early last Wednesday morning at a bank (on North Front Street), exposed himself, and demanded cash.
She handed over an unspecified amount of money, and he fled on foot.
Police say David Winn was arrested on Monday and is charged with one count each of robbery and committing and indecent act.
