Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a shooting near Walkley and Albion roads in Ottawa's east end that left a 19-year-old with injuries to his neck and chin.
Paramedics responded around 12:28 p.m. to treat the patient, who is described as stable and with non-life threatening injuries.
A suspect is described as a black male, mid 20’s, five feet nine and dressed in black.
