A 14-year-old Lowertown boy has gone missing after never leaving his house overnight before, say Ottawa police.
Justin Rutter was last seen on Oct. 8 at 10 p.m. He left his residence with a friend earlier that afternoon and parted ways with him at Cote Street, near St. Laurent Boulevard.
Police say Justin told his friend that he didn't want to go home and wanted to say out late or all night.
He is described as white, male, 5'4" and 110 pounds. He has a slim build, short light brown hair and brown eyes. Justin was last seen wearing dark blue jeans and a brown and white hoodie.
