Kingston residents will be faced with a property tax increase of just below four per cent after city council settled its budget earlier this week.
Kingston councillors were able to trim more costs than originally expected, reducing the tax hike for homeowners.
The average Kingston homeowner will now pay about $2,700 in property tax.
