Kingston police warn residents of sex offender
Kingston police are warning residents that a man who committed a string of sexual assaults on teenage boys has been released from jail.
Police say 57-year-old Samuel Shepherd is now living at the Portsmouth Community Correctional Centre, a federal halfway house.
Shepherd is not allowed to have contact with minors or attend parks, swimming pools or school grounds.
Shepherd has been convicted eight times for sex offences on teenage boys.
