Kingston police have made an arrest in the brutal murder of a man who was killed in 1970.
Marshall Augustus Matier -- who was well-known on the street as 'Teddy' -- was stabbed 18 times, and his skull was fractured. His body was found behind a building.
At the time, police could not find any credible leads. Police re-opened the case last September.
Joseph Clifford Langford, 66, was arrested at his Winnipeg home without incident.
