A 13-year-old boy in Kingston who punched a TV in anger after his mom told him to wake up for school is facing criminal charges.
The boy began arguing with his mother when she told him to get ready for classes.
He walked out to the living room and punched the family's 37-inch LCD TV set, valued at $1,000. The woman then called police.
The boy was charged with mischief under $5,000 -- but it's unclear whether he will also be grounded by his mom.
