The president and CEO at Kingston General Hospital has been dismissed following a four-month investigation by a provincially appointed investigator.
The investigation's final report was critical of the hospital's senior managers who decided to run up annual deficits.
Ontario's health minister is expected to appoint a supervisor until the hospital is able to replace now former president and CEO Joe de Mora.
