Three Kingston residents face cocaine charges after police raided several downtown businesses and west-end homes on Thursday.

Officers seized more than $16,000 in Canadian cash, $25,000 worth of cocaine, and a truck valued at $25,000.

Steve House, 30, and Sath Ly, 28, were both charged with five counts of cocaine trafficking. Courtney Wright, 24, was charged with one count of possession of cocaine.

The raid was part of Project VANITY, a joint initiative against drugs in the Kingston and Gananoque regions. Police have focused on mid-level drug traffickers operating in several local businesses.
